Jung Personality Test

As a part of my current business course, we had to participate in the Jung Personality test. What does that accomplish you say?
The Jung personality test answers the following questions:
-
What kind of personality do I have?
-
What are my Jung types?
-
How will my psychological type fit certain kinds of jobs?
The score which I received for this test was the initials ESFP.
Again you ask, what does that mean?
There are 8 different attributes which you can score on this test; Extroverted, Introverted, Intuitive, Sensing, Thinking, Feeling, Perceiving and Judging.
From the above initials the score I received means;
Extroverted - Comes from the external world
Sensing - Believes information is receieved directly from the external world
Feeling - Makes a decision based on emotion; based on what they feel they should do
Perceiving - A person is inclined to to improvise and explore alternative options
With these 4 personality types I believe they can show what kind of person you could be in the work industry, social gatherings etc.
Combined these can create an Event Manager who is in tune with her emotions (Which a lot of events can be based upon), but also knows how to control and use these emotions to create a masterpiece. If events were to go awry she could also improvise which directly connects to emotions to be able to tell what is the most appropriate course of action at that time.
